Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [ADDRESS], Canada ("Tube AZ", "we", "us") for the use of the Tube AZ website, web app, API and Chrome extension (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The service

Tube AZ helps creators make better titles, descriptions and Shorts, and shows insights about their own channel. Suggestions are AI-generated and can be wrong or unsuitable: review them before you publish. You stay in control: Tube AZ never posts, uploads, changes or deletes anything on YouTube. The extension only fills a YouTube Studio field when you click, and you decide whether to save it.

YouTube

Tube AZ uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel to Tube AZ you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke our access at any time in your dashboard or at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Tube AZ is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age to have a YouTube account where you live), and at least 18 or have a parent or guardian's permission to buy a plan. Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Only connect channels you own or are allowed to manage.

Honest use

You agree not to use Tube AZ to:

  • create spam, fake engagement, misleading titles or thumbnails, or content that breaks YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines;
  • upload videos you don't have the rights to;
  • break the law, infringe others' rights, or harass anyone;
  • overload, reverse engineer, scrape or try to get around the limits or security of the Service, or resell it without our written permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Plans, trial and billing

  • Plans are flat monthly prices in US dollars: Starter $30/month, Creator $60/month, Pro $90/month, each with the monthly limits shown on our pricing and billing pages. No credits and no hidden fees. Taxes may be added where required.
  • New subscriptions include one 7-day free trial per account. If a card is taken at the start of the trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Plans renew automatically each month until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime in Plan & billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give refunds for partial months, except where the law requires it or at our discretion.
  • We may change prices or limits. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.

Your content

You own your videos, titles, descriptions and notes, and the suggestions and clips you choose to use. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the Service to you (including sending them to our AI and storage providers, as described in the Privacy Policy). Videos uploaded for Shorts are deleted after processing and clips after about 7 days, so download what you want to keep.

AI suggestions

Suggestions are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, similar to text other people receive, or not right for your audience. You are responsible for what you publish. Check facts, and make sure titles and descriptions honestly describe your video.

Our service and changes

We own the Service, including the software, design and the Tube AZ name and logo. We may improve, change or stop features. If we stop the Service entirely, we will tell you in advance and refund any prepaid period that you can no longer use.

No guarantees

We work to help your channel grow, but we can't promise specific views, subscribers, click rates or revenue. YouTube may change its products or APIs in ways that affect Tube AZ. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, views or data. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Ending your use

You can stop using Tube AZ and delete your account at any time in your dashboard. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if required by law. When your account is deleted, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [PROVINCE], Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. [FOUNDER: confirm with legal counsel.]

Changes to these terms

If we make important changes, we will update the date above and tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Tube AZ after that, the new terms apply.
